I think it is a SCAM !! you cant view pictures or information on the home without registering with this company. It only cost a dollar to register but just think how much money this company is making if they get many to register. I have been doing bank owned properties for years now and I have never seen anything really sell for these ridiculous prices they advertise.

Its not just in Henderson but in LV and N.LV as well. It is because most of the homes are foreclosures and the Agents list them lower than the comps which causes bidding wars.

Sometimes we get lucky and can get it for less than the list price but this last summer most of my clients had to go over the list price. If the home is listed for that price , you could put an offer in for that price, but many Realtors list it way below market values to generate bids on the house. The best way to know how to make an offer is your Realtor would do a comparative market value on the property and advise you to bid accordingly.
