1) We had worked with another agent when buying our first home years ago. Since then Kim had become a friend and neighbor. After the Hove's moved from our current neighborhood we ran into her and learned she had become an agent for Coldwell Banker Gundaker. We both said at the time we could see Kim being really good at that work and decided that someday we might call upon her services. When our original agent retired and it was time to sell our last home, that time came.

2) We have always known Kim to be bright, smiling, cheerful, outgoing and very knowledgeable about the area where we live. She is well known and thought highly of among our neighbors. We always enjoyed any time we spent with her and felt she would be great to work with. We wanted Kim to have our business.
3) The other personal characteristic about Kim that impressed us was her honest and straight forward nature. She also seems to be able to make friends easily where ever she goes. She has always been involved in the community, her children's schools, her church and with old friends. All this combines to make her well informed of the local real estate market. We were totally confident in Kim's abilities to help us sell our house despite the difficult economic situation. She went the extra distance, holding the house open more often than perhaps others would have. Together we brainstormed how to sell our unusual floor plan and she followed up on every idea the three of us were able to come up with. She advertised our house in more places, more often and more consistently and persistently than we could have imagined. She tracked everyone who showed any serious interest, developing relationships with many, and keeping our house on their minds until their decisions had been made. Her efforts exceeded our expectations. Given that we thought we knew her pretty well before we started, that is saying a lot. Her persistence and positive energy were, we believe, key to her success.

4)We had an unusual property to sell in the toughest market any of us have ever experienced. Kim never gave up and never stopped working for us. She has a keen perspective on what a seller needs and what a buyer is looking for and how to bring the two together.
