Meg found me a few months before I even knew I would be selling my home. Meg was showing a couple the house across the street from me and she noticed that I had new roofing being installed on my home and proceeded to ask my roofers if I would be selling my house. They told her they didn't know but she gave them her business card to give me. So 2 months later when I got engaged and needed some advice on what to do to make my home stand out in the market she came over and did just that. Her advice was right on key with what I had planned to do so I followed through and when my home went on the market 4 months later she stood by me with all my concerns being a single homehowner and my wanting to sell my home fast but at a reaonable price. She took outstanding pictures of my home to show it to its fullest and responded back to me very quickly with feedback from potential buyers. She was always available and even called me during evening hours when questions or answers were needed quickly. She is very dedicated to her clients and is extremely professional. If anyone can sell your home, Meg can. She sold my home in 2 weeks, that's unbelievable in todays market. My new groom still can't believe it sold so fast.

We randomly came across Meg online. We were relocating to Rock Hill from Ohio and wanted to get a head start on our home search and what kind of market we could begin to think about. After searching some homes on Meg's site, she quickly emailed me to see if she could be on any further assistance to our family. She immediately put us on an automatic email list to send us listings of homes that meet our requirements/desires. With that information, it was much easier to narrow down our search once we moved to South Carolina.

Once we arrived, Meg made herself available to us in every way. Whether it was just consulting us on what would be the best fit for our famliy or taking us to see our selected houses, she was always more than willing to make us feel at home here in Rock Hill.

Meg has the best combination of experience, knowledge, connections, and professionalism but more importantly to our family, she was a real person with whom our family could relate. I really don't know how I found Meg, but I am so happy that I did. She is about the best real estate person that I have ever worked with. She was right there when ever I needed her. She answered all my questions and then some. She is a very pleasant and friendly person.
