In answer to: I own a home and would like to keep it as rental property. How does that interfere with me getting a loan for a second home?

Hello- That is a great question. If you still have a mortgage on your current home, the monthly debt will be include in your ratios to qualify for the new loan. There could also be a rate difference for you having two loans. I suggest speaking to a lender to review all of the specifics regarding your situation. Hello - The home you are asking about is in a pending status meaning an offer has been accepted on the home. Some sites do not feed all of the photos that are in the MLS unless the listing agent is a member of the site. If you are searching for a home, your real estate agent can set up a search for you from the MLS with your criteria. You will be able to view the listings right from the MLS and be able to see the most information. Hello- Thank you for the question. "Under Contract" means that sellers have accepted a buyers offer to purchase their home. While it is under contract, there are several steps that are happening: inspections, financing, title work, etc....sometimes the sale can not be completed and a home will come back for sale. You may want to keep an eye on the home to see if the status changes. I can also monitor the home and speak with the agent to get further details. Hello- Thank you for posting the question. I find that this site does not let you narrow your search as much as you may like. I suggest you go to: http://northeastohiorealestate.listingbook.com/ and sign in. You will have the ability to search homes and set up your criteria to send you just the homes you are looking to consider. Hello- The Homes.com search area is not the best at narrowing your seach. If you go to this link: http://northeastohiorealestate.listingbook.com/ You will be able to sign into Listing Book and set up your search a specific as you want. Then you will get notified when new listings appear, price reductions, etc....I find my clients who are searching for homes really like Listing Book.
