In answer to: Hi, I live in Dorado, PR and I've been looking for real estate brokers school, is there any on the island?
Most real estate schools are in San Juan, can check advertisements in the Construction section of El Nuevo Dia on saturdays. My recomendation is the course offered by Rolando Faria in Los Paseos Mall. You could also try the PR Association of Realtors, and if you want the course in english, is being offerd by Michelle Maloy at the Alberto Hernandez RE Academy.

In answer to: I am looking at homes for rent in Dorado, PR. Is the listed price per week or month?
Usually listed prices are per month on long term rentals (six months to one year lease, depending on the property). Unless it is available for short term or a vacation rental that could be per month, week or daily rentals, but it should be mentioned in the add or contact the listing agent. Important that long term rentals in PR do not include utilities, but short term or vacation rentals can include it, many times with a cap.
