Rent to own or lease options can be great opportunities. You can get into a house you like without wasting rent on a house you are not going to live in/buy.

There are more pictures on the MLS. The listing says the house needs some work and that is why the price is lower. I have lenders that do rehab loans so you can put repairs/upgrades in the loan. Thanks john
