I've been licensed as a REALTOR and selling homes in the Greater Grand Rapids area for over 24 years. I have specialized for years in the "First Time Home Buyers' Market" and am well acquainted with all the government loans (FHA, VA, MSHDA, Grand Rapids Home Buyer's Assistance Program), as well as with the traditional loans (Conventional, FreddieMac, GinnieMae, FannieMae), and also the specialty loans (Private Mortgages, Land Contracts).
