We received a referal from a friend who had succesfully dealt with Kathy. My wife and I are realtively undecisive people so we wre hoping to find a agent with some patience who would stil work with us. To briefly summarize, Kathy is extremely knowledgeable, personable, with excellent follow up but not pushy. By far the best real estate we have ever dealt with and now consider her a friend.

Upon first contacting Kathy by phone, she scheduled a time to meet with us and get an idea of what type of properties would meet our needs.

Next, she forwarded several choices and scheduled a time to see them. When the first round didn't excite us, she kept looking and we saw numerous more properties before we agreed on one to write a contract. In 2006, knowing the market was weak, we went much lower than asking price. Kathy worked with the owner for months, kept in communciation with us until we realized it would not work. Quarterly phone calls to keep us abreast of the market for almost 2 years until she showed us the property and development we purchased. Being new, she was with us every step of the way following up with the builder on issues on our behalf. She recommedned very competient insurance agents and settlement attorny's to assist in the process.

Of the 6 properties I have pruchased in my life, this was the easiest due to Kathy.

We listed with Kathy, after listing with another realtor. He had done little or nothing. We were desparate to sell for financial reasons. She was clear and consise as to what we should do to fix up the house. My husband fought her at first but once we did what she said, we sold in the worst of the market.
