I chose Randy based upon a reference and was extremely impressed with his professionalism and response. He always came through on what he said he would do and was willing to listen to my conerns and interest. Randy was recommended to me by a work colleague that had recently utilizes his services for purchasing a large acreage of land. I truly didn't know what to expect, as I had never bought a large parcel/tract of land before, but he had come highly recommended by my colleague.

I spoke with Randy and told him what I was looking for (and I provided really specific requirements). I was totally impressed with what Randy came back with....exactly what I was looking for. I know Randy probably had several listings that were 100% his own, but instead he found a listing that met all of my criteria even though it was not his listing and he ended up having to share his commission. I was very impressed with this and realized that Randy was in this for me 1st and himself 2nd. That made a big difference.

There was never any pressure and Randy spent a tremendous amount of time answering any and all of my questions in detail and in a very timely manner. Randy never got frustrated with all of my questions at any time and was always professional in every aspects of the land dealings. There was never a question as to who Randy was working for....me and not the seller! It was a very comforting feeling.

After the sale, Randy has continued to keep in touch with me. I live out of the state in which I purchased my property, and Randy has been a tremendous asset after the sale in helping me to locate contractors for additional services.

I would highly recommend Randy to ANYONE that was looking for any type of real estate. I plan on continuing my relationship with Randy for a long time to come and glad that I can also call him my friend!
