Real estate transactions are seldom as simple as that. Invariably, all sorts of challenges arise prior to and during closing. It may be as simple as finding a prospective out-of-town buyer local accomodation for a visit during our high vacation season or as complex as negotiating the purchase of land from multiple owners. Resourcefulness, problem-solving and dedication to the assignment are major assets in my business and ones in which I take personal pride. Creativity is another.
