I used to work with Ed at AMS. While there, Ed was an excellent project manager who was also investing in Real Estate. So, I knew that he'd do well as a realtor. When it came time to list my house, Ed was our first choice. Ed started our listing process by giving us simple inexpensive things to do to get our condo ready to sell. Then he took pictures to create great marketing pieces. In no time at all, we had an offer which Ed helped negotiate. The road to settlement was smooth as Ed took care of every detail. Although I didn't know Ed at school, we'd both graduatated from the United States Military Academy at West Point. So I knew that that meant that all of his transactions would be handled with integrity and honor. I was not disappointed. I can't recommend Ed highly enough.
