Ed Graybill was a referall from my local Realtor as I did not have an contacts in the Virgina Beach Area. I lucked out, plain and simple. Ed is one of the most professional, honest, and upfront realtors that I have met. he worked hard for me and went above and beyond what he had to do for me. Ed's the best!! He sold my last house and found my new one. He sold my old house in 2 days!! Ed called around right when we listed it and happened to know a realitor with a interested client. 2 days later we had a contract. Ed Graybill is an outstanding Real Estate Agent. I was expecting a real estate agent who would be pushy and try to sell us everything that we looked at, but not him. He hung in there with us even though I know we were not the easiest people to work with. I was always able to get in touch with him when I had a question and when we did a walk through inspection of the new construction house I was going to buy, Ed pointed out all the things that were wrong with the house so that the builder would get them fixed prior to closing. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and he will not steer you wrong. Ed even helped us with the closing. We are first time home buyers and had no idea what to expect. Ed made it a whole lot easier asking the questions that we did not even think about. We are 100% satisfied with the job that Ed did for us and I know you will be too!

Ed was very helpful. When me and my buddy were looking to buy a home he was our first agent. He was so good that when i got married and was expecting my first child i used Ed again to find my new home. He is always available and willing to help you with anything you need. He is also very knowledgable. Bieng a first time home buyer i was not sure what to look for but Ed was always pointing out things that we did not even notice.

Ed spent so much time helping us with all the details in selling our home in Chesapeake, VA and finding our new one that even our neighbors commented on how much he was there. Ed was far and away more involved and helpful than any agent I've hired before. He was under our crawlspace, on the roof, and in our attic with the home inspectors at both houses. He even came out more than once to get our scary dog out of the house when buyers were coming and we were stuck at the office. He helped with solving every problem, and we had some weird ones where he ended up at the city offices researching city codes and permits, finding structural engineers, and getting multiple moisture reports. Ed took care of it all with lots of communication so we didn't have to stress about anything getting done before we closed. Our home sold in less than 2 months for more than I expected to get in this declining market, and Ed helped me find a great home in the school district in Chesapeake I wanted and helped negotiate a great price. I would definitely recommend Ed to anyone buying or selling a home.

Ed Graybill is a fine example of someone who truly cares about his clients and their well being. I was a first time home buyer and didn't know what to expect with purchasing a home. Ed was understanding, patient, and a joy to work with. Every question I had, he answered promptly and efficiently. We went all over the 7 cities of Tidewater, Virginia looking at house after house until we came across the perfect one for me and my family. It wasn't uncommon, being in a lower price bracket, for us to reach a home and as soon as we walked in, we walked right back out, as it was less than desirable.
