If you want to list your home on most of the realtor websites you can get what they call a limit service listing agreement. These agreements are good for home owners that want to try to sell their homes on their own. The limit service agreement is an agreement that allows you to pay for your specific services you want from the agent. For Example: you can pay to have them put an electronic lockbox that we (realtors) use for other realtors to access a home we have listed, you can also pay to put your property on the local MLS which will get posted in the search engine that realtors use to search for properties and it would also automatically end up getting posted on many agent websites.
