This house is bank-owned. It is a foreclosure, but in very good condition. The bank has priced it below market and is willing to even negotiate some, but they are not willing to make repairs. You can still get it inspected to make sure that you want to buy it, but any issues found in the inspections have to be taken care of by the purchaser after closing. This property probably qualifies for any type of financing...FHA, Conventional, or VA. Many foreclosures do not because of thier horrible condition. This one is special.
