There are many lenders that can help you qualify for a mortgage loan. Basically you will need money for your down payment, credit score of 640, and sufficient income to substantiate payment. Contact a local agent in your area, and they'll be happy to refer a mortgage lender to you.

If your current property foreclosed, you will need to wait at least 2 years (if not longer) before you can purchase another home. Your credit score needs to be at least 640. Under a VA loan you only need a small down payment.
