In my home town of New Fairfield, I had seen many "For Sale" signs with Angelina's name on them. A closer look indicated websites for each home. I visited several of those sites and was overwhelmingly impressed!

Soon after, I contacted Angelina and we set up an appointment. As she entered my home, I could sense she was special. She shared with me her ideas and strategies for selling my home. She was open and honest and at no point was she hurried or pushy. When our meeting was finished, she thanked me for the opportunity to share her thoughts.She asked me to call if I decided to choose her as my realtor.After the outstanding presentation, I knew that she was THE realtor for me.....I had no doubts and let her know on the spot!
She created a website for my home, as she does for EVERY home! Included was a virtual tour.....Not a 2 minute tour....an extremely well thought out piece that highlighted every room of my home. It was absolutely FABULOUS!!!
Angelina always let me know when buyers would be visiting, and always called or e-mailed their feed-back. She was always available to talk or meet with me when I needed. If, by chance I got her voice-mail, within minutes she'd return my call. If I wrote her an e-mail,within minutes she's respond!
Angelina takes the time to fully know her sellers and buyers....not just their homes.She's attentive and caring. She found the perfect couple to purchase my home. She's like a match-maker for homes!!!
And her caring doesn't stop after the sale. Although we closed the sale last month, she has kindly sent e-mails and even photos of my "old" home, decorated for the holidays! The thoughtful nature is just who she is! ----WONDERFUL!!!!
