I think it would be a good idea to call or connect with a Staff member from this site to go over marketing plans. I personally have an outside website that imports my listings to sites like this one. Good Luck.

In answer to: where do i go for the basic plan
If you are a Realtor, just register as an agent. If you are not an agent, contact this site and see if they have something you can do to use their site. In the past you had to connect with a local agent and they would have to post a home on the MLS and it would import to sites like these. Thanks and good luck.

If it is on the MLS, more than likely it will be posting soon to this and other sites. If the agent you posted the MLS listing with, has a good personal website, it will blast to a ton of other websites and help get exposure to the buyers on the market. Good Luck.

This site imports listings from the Local MLS system, which is through real Estate firms. If you want to list with an Agent give me a call and I would love to meet with you. In answer to: I am looking to buy a home out right- no financing. Will this spped up a short sale?
Simply the answer is no. There is some lenders that work fast and others just drag their feet. If the listing agent is well versed on short sales and they keep on top of what the lender requires, then it will move fast. For example on one short sale i have recently done, the lender required docuements from the owner. I got the doc's to the lender and 3 days later called and asked if we had everything, they asked for the same doc's and after 30 mins of conversation, the guy said well we have them but need signatures on everything. So we got that, but I asked why they did not call and he said it is not their job to call. It is really all on the agent that list the home to "PUSH" everything through.
