In answer to: 102 Militia Court, Yorktown, VA. 23693: York County Tax Assesment was recently changed to $331, 000 from $324,000. Need updated "VALUE".

The appraised value of a home is different from the tax assessed value. Also the "value" on "home search" websites li will vary depending on the surrounding properties used to determine that value. Sherin, Yes you can see the inside of most listed foreclosures but the only way to get access is by going through a licensed real estate agent.
