The market is moving, plz don't be in such a hurry to sell your home if you have the time to have it marketed correctly by a Realtor. The homes there are selling from $180k to $250k, and it will sell. but if you are looking for a quick sale, then the sales price must be much lower for a quick turn around & you can loose. People are out there looking for a home that is not a short sale or a foreclosed home, so you can have success in selling your home & getting it's value. Depending on the typ of dogs they are, some rentals with a yard will allow it.
