This townhouse is located in the Rosemont Forest neighborhood in Virginia Beach. The price was recently reduced to $69,900. It is a 2 bedroom. 1.5 bath home. It is a 'foreclosure' property, and eligible for special financing for owner occupants through the Fannie Mae Homepath Program.
