For more than 25 years, Fran Deen has been assisting the growing number of people who call Collin County home. She began her real estate career in 1976 when Plano had 30,000 residents. The thriving community now has over 200,000 residents, a high percentage of whom turned to Fran for assistance in selling or buying their homes. An annual multi-million-dollar producer, Fran has earned the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative and Graduate, Realtor Institute designations. She has also served two terms on the board of directors of the Collin County Association of Realtors. A native of Oklahoma City, Fran was a recognized radio and television personality throughout her home state. She graduated from Western College in Oxford, Ohio, now part of Miami University. With the vivacious, warm personality that made her so popular in radio and television, she soon developed a strong base of home buyers and sellers. The patience and listening skills perfected as a wife, mother of four and grandmother to six, are also traits that have been valued throughout the years by peers and customers alike.
