In answer to: Does anyone have any actual statistics on how much faster a home sells if it is professionally staged vs staged by the homeowner or vacant?

If I am understanding the question - are you asking for statistics of a staged occupied property (by professional or homeowner) vs. a vacant (cleared of all personal effects) property? I always recommend staging - even of a vacant property but I'll hold off on providing statistics until I'm clear on your question. Thanks!

Hello, Kathy - Are you not seeing photos of any listings? This could be due to a browser setting or pop-up blocker software on your computer. If you are referring to a specific listing it might be best to make inquiry of the listing party. Jon
