Chad Janusa has been an agent since 2007. Chad is a member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Area of Realtors, Louisiana Realtors Association, and the National Association of Realtors.

Chad was born and raised in Metairie, and has lived in various areas around lake Ponchatrain. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of New Orleans, and Master of Business Administration from Loyola University.

Chad enjoys working as a buyer's agent and further enjoys working with first-time buyers, investors, and renters. Chad fully believes in excellent customer service, and does not pressure clients into a purchase.
