My husband and I were referred to Laura Estes by my Realtor in Omaha. We spent a few months calling and emailing Laura and her partner before coming to look at homes in San Antonio. She had a great schedule planned for us, and got us in to view about 25 homes (and into the home we purchased three times).

I was very impressed with the way she helped us with our offer. She wanted to get us the lowest price possible, which would help with our taxes in the long run. She was not interested in getting the maximum commission. Some Realtors will talk you into offering a higher price, then get more closing costs out of the seller - helping their own bottom line but not the buyer. In addition to getting us a low price, she then bargained for part of closing costs after the inspection came through.

We did the closing via FedEx. When her partner realized the seller only gave one key at the closing, he had all the locks re-keyed! I highly recommend Laura (and Ric)! They were fun to work with and very professional!
