Gerri Lynn did a wonderful job for us in a long distance transaction. We purchased a forclosed condo in San Diego. We live in northern California. Gerri Lynn was referred through a Nor Cal agent with Keller Williams. Our deal was a nightmare with the selling agent not following through on getting the necessary paperwork from his client to keep our deal rolling.
