A former advertising Creative Director, Mark entered real estate in 2004, where he quickly established himself, being named "Rising Star" his first year with William Pitt Sotheby's. Conducting nearly $30M in business in 2008, Mark was named "Agent of the Year". In September 2009, Mark joined Julie Vanderblue and her team, The Vanderblue Team, a top-producing team within The Higgins Group. There, while continuing to grow his current business, he will help establish Vanderblue Investment Group, a division geared specifically towards the real estate investor's needs. Mark also recently joined “Top 5”, a network comprised of the top five percent of agents from across the country.
