Hi Jackie, It may be because the listing agent hasn't posted any to the listing, only photos downloaded by the listing agent will appear in the property information. It's unfortunate because because it's possible for the agent to download up to 25 photos for each listing, and I know it's annoying when you see properties that interest you and you can only see the front of the house. My advice is to contact a local agent in the area that interests you and ask them to send you all the properties that meet your criteria, this costs nothing and you can find a local agent easy by clicking of Real Estate Agent at the bottom of this page, once you're directed to the correct page enter the zip, or city that interests you and the site will bring up all the realtors associated with this website that are experts in that location. Hello Jim, for some reason this property is listed Temporarily Off-Market, it is a bank owned property. It was taken off the market in November, this could be for lots of reasons, I suggest that you contact a local realtor who can set up a property search for you, which will send you notification as soon as it becomes available again or send you other similar properties that might interest you. It's easy for a realtor to do that and it costs you nothing. To find a realtor go to the bottom of the page and click on "Real Estate Agents" and enter the zip code of the area that interests you and it will bring up all the realtors associated with this website in that area. Hello Carol, I don't want to be the bearer of bad news but the type of property you're talking about is a "Short Term Rental or Vacation Home" and typically need to be a single family pool home as they're more popular for this type of program. In some cases a townhome or condos can be used, but unless you have cash, finding finance to purchase a townhome/condo is almost impossible. There are strict rules when it comes to short term rentals as they are licensed like small hotels, and are subject to sales and tourist tax. Typically short term rental owners have their property looked after by a management company who will not only look after the day to day maintenance of the property but procure rentals too. I would be very suprised to find a property that would meet the requirements of a short term rental in the $50,000 price range. It would have to be located in a short term rental zoned area, it would have to be fully furnished, it would certainly need a pool, and I can guarantee that a home fitting all these requirements if it's listed for $50,000 will need a lot of work. Properties in the price range you're looking for are very popular with investing contractors, who have the skill and ability to refurbish the properties and then turn them around to sell again, so you will be in competition with professional cash buyers.
