In answer to: I am engaged.I do not have great credit but my fiance has excellent credit if we were to get married and then buy a house would we be declined?
Good Question...and good time to think about it! You may have to qualify on your fiance's credit and income but that would only limit your buying power. It does not take long to "establish credit" so you should start now. You can do this by opening a few credit card accounts but be sure to pay off the balance, and use them sparingly, each month. It is not about how much you spend but how you pay your obligations.
Good luck and you may want to consider a purchase before getting married due to the current excellent mortgage rates and home prices. Prices have pretty much stopped their big declines and inventory has shrunk. It is quickly shifting away from the last few years of "Buyer's Market" to an even market.

In answer to: how many digits are in the foreclosure house numbers
There is no way to tell if a property is a foreclosure from the MLS number. It is possible to "Search" for them if the agent has noted them as a foreclosure or short sale in the MLS. Any agent...and I am available...can set up an automatic search for you. Please feel free to contact me if you want to set up such a search.

In answer to: I am interested in this house but am wondering why it's so expensive considering how small it is. I would like to see it, though. Are goats allowed?
This does seem high but part of the value is the fact that it is owned by a custom home builder who has totally renovated the house. Unless you do not like some of the colors it is probably a "Move In" condition house. Given the lot size and community where it is located it is unlikely that you would be allowed to have goats. If you are on a lot of 5 Acres or more you are more likely to be allowed goats...or other animals, because you fall into an "Agricultural" zoning classification that is less restrictive. Checking with the Village of South Russell Zoning Department will quickly determine if you could have goats. When would you like to view the home---please call me?
Covers Aurora, Chagrin Falls, Cleveland, Solon, Twinsburg, and more.
