To be on this site, you need to list with a realtor. Neil said that he could help you. Usually the cost of listng a rental is one months rent. This fee would list and find a tenant for you. They can also do the credit check and criminal history for you.

I cant see the address but you can ask the listing agent for pictures of the home. They will not be able to tell you if anyone has died in the home.

I am not sure I understand the question. There are some of all of these types of properties everywhere in our country. In many areas, the housing market is coming back.

It depends on a lot of factors. How long have you been working? Are you working a new job in the same field? Are you self employed? All these questions will help the lender determine how long you will have to be on the job before purchasing a home. They will also look at your debt to income ratio. Start with the lender and go from there.

It will depend on the purchase price of the home you purchase. You are definitely on the right track. Please speak with a lender to find out what amount of money you need for the price of home that you are considering purchasing.

The easist way for you to find a home is to ask a realtor for a list of homes in your price range. You can also have them search by specific roads, neighborhoods, or zip codes. This is a free service to you and when you are ready, they can show you the homes you are interested in viewing.
