Hey, In reading your question again, it looks as tho you're possibly looking to buy a house and then convert it. Is that correct? So, depending on the design layout of the house and the price of the house, you can run into a vast range of prices and options. For example, my house costs about three times as much as my daughter's house, so you'd think that remodeling would be three times as much. Not necessarily so. It would be cheaper for mine because it has a more open floor plan(fewer doorways to modify), already has a pool, and if you don't need access to the bedroom/bath on the second floor, that will save you even more money. Let me know, Travis
Good morning. I would suggest to first start looking for a good Licenced Contractor in your area who has experience working with Handicapped Access Properties. Possibly someone at the Doctor's office or the Medical Supply place that you already use and trust could give you a few names. Obviously, without seeing it in person, they won't be able to give you a price online.
Yes we do list and sell empty lots. Please contact me and we'll make an appointment for me to see them. Travis
Good afternoon, I'll be GLAD to check for you on Monday. Because I know they will ask these questions, please let me know: What kind of business? How long will you sign a lease for? I know they will eventually run a Credit Check, and depending on the Owner, they may even run a back-ground check. Not trying to scare you off, but it's just standard business practice with almost ALL Real Estate companies. IF this building doesn't work out for you, do you need to have building in Ozark? What price range are you looking for? What kind of business? I can do some looking with these answers for a possible alternative. Travis Parker Team Linda Simmons
As I previously said, I would take pictures this weekend. I have done so from the outside because the agent never returned my call to gain entrance to the property. I believe they will show you plenty of details, but from your email requirements, this will not be what you said you want. The photo's will be emailed Monday morning when I get back to the office. Today is the grand-kids' day.
I'll take shots inside & out for you and send them this weekend. Check your email now, please. Travis
It looks as tho the agent only posted the one photo. How soon are you needing to move? I'll probably be in Ozark (I live in Enterprise)this weekend to see the grand-kids. I can take some pictures then and email them to you. If this is acceptable, please email me at "travis@theSOLDman.me" or "firstname.lastname@example.org" Travis Parker / REALTOR / Realty Executives (334)494-7846
