In answer to: How do I find out how to get ahold of the property owners at 380 Arcade Blvd. Sacramento, CA. 95815? My mother is considering renting here.
You can go to the assessors office and look on the assessor rolls our do a deed search yourself or call a Title Company but most importantly I would be careful dealing with someone who is in such a hurry for you to sign a rental agreement ......sounds a little fishy to me.I hope this helps Jeffrey Martino Young Comac Commercial Loans and trust deeds

In answer to: Is there a house in good condition on the market that will fit 5 people and that has 3 bathrooms?
Yes we currently have a couple dozen homes that fit your criteria of 3 bathrooms ...I would just need to know your lending parameters ...how much of a home you can qualify for ? The other question I would have is the area that you prefer ? And are all five tennants adults or are their children as well ? I recommend calling a Real Estate Agent in your area that can help you with finding that home of your choice..Should you need to get pre-qualified my a lender feel free to contact me.My name is Jeffrey Martino Young and I am the Branch Manager for Essex Mortgage Bank in Santa Rosa,Ca. 95404 I can be reached toll free at 1-877-870-2676 or visit us online at http://www.fhasubmissions.com

In answer to: Ask a question about any real estate related topic to our online community.
1. Homeowners who qualify for a HAFA short sale are fully released from future liability for the first mortgage debt. This means that the mortgage lender cannot come after the homeowner at any future time for repayment of the original loan.2. A HAFA short sale allows for a $3,000 relocation assistance payment for homeowners. Thats a one-time payment of up to $3,000 to help sellers with moving costs, rent security costs, etc.3. Most major lenders are already on board with the new HAFA rules, including Citibank, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Wachovia, Chase, Wamu, and the list continues to grow.4. With HAFA, the short sale process has been standardized and streamlined so homeowners can expect a quicker outcome.5. Homeowners can enlist the of their choice to help them through the HAFA process so they have an advocate. A Realtor can also help the homeowner determine if they qualify for a HAFA short sale and, if not, what other options are available to them. In answer to: I want to live near City Lights Bookstore in San Francisco, CA. What properties are recommended nearby?
City Lights is located in the North Beach Neighborhood it is a neighborhood that manages to be a perennial hit with tourists, and also to remain beloved by San Franciscans. It's best known as San Francisco's Little Italy, with its high density of check-clothed ristorantes, caffes and Old World delicatessens. It's also a popular pilgrimage for fans of the Beat movement seeking the old haunts of Kerouac and Ginsberg. However, North Beach is no relic, and it has much to offer beyond pasta and poetry. This vital neighborhood is home to some of the liveliest nightclubs and bars in town. Small boutiques carrying handmade clothing and imported goods dot the streets, particularly on upper Grant Avenue. Though Italian restaurants appear to dominate the dining scene, there are plenty of other good spots to try once you've had your fill of lasagna, with menus featuring Japanese, French and contemporary fusion cuisine. City Lights, original publisher of Allen Ginsberg's "Howl," is still one of the best bookstores in San Francisco, and founder Lawrence Ferlinghetti can sometimes be seen strolling the neighborhood. Then there's Broadway, buzzing with neon and strip clubs and adding an incongruous dash of sleaze to all the culture and history. You will not find any North Beach is that rare thing -- a neighborhood that manages to be a perennial hit with tourists, and also to remain beloved by San Franciscans.
