I have known Coleen for over 10 years now and have watched her grow her business. I chose to work with her because she takes care of her clients like they were family. I wanted to buy a home but did not feel like going through the negotiation part of the home buying process. I told Coleen what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay and she did the rest and kept me out of the stressful negotiation part of it. I was so impressed that I could always reach someone in person from Coleen's team. Everytime I had a question or concern Coleen made a point to call me and listen and then take care of the details. I have recommeded Coleen several times to family and friends and will keep on telling everyone what a great Realtor she is. If you want the best Call Coleen!Richelle FowlerColeen Donovan was referred to us by a good friend who said that we wouldn't want to use any other realtor and she was right. Working with Coleen was a great experience from beginning to end. She walked us through every step of what to expect and was there to answer any questions we had along the way. We weren't sure how home sells were during the time we decided to put our home on the market but Coleen assured us that things were picking and and they did. Coleen marketed our home so well that we received two offers within a month of listing it. Coleen is so energetic and is truly the most hard working, dedicated realtor I know. She went above and beyond want most realtor would have done. She definitely didn't let us down. She is the only realtor I would refer.Teresa FinleyColeen has been around real estate almost her entire life and has been a licensed agent for over a dozen years. She has done a phenomenal job for her clients from her first year in real estate when she was named rookie of the year. She expects her clients to be clients and friends for life and treats them that way. Her ability to do a wonderful job for her clients results in clients who return to her for all of their real estate needs and who continuously refer friends, family and colleagues to Coleen. If you are looking to buy or sell a house in the Plano/Frisco area, you will find no real estate agent better to represent you and get you the best deal possible than Coleen Donovan.Christine DonovanColeen is truly on top of her game in Real Estate in the North Dallas area! I met her through a mutual friend and she listed my house and sold it within 3 weeks! I was truly impressed with her professionalism and knowledge especially when I told her what I had to have if I were to sell my property. She met that challenge to the exact amount! So, I referred her to my daughter to sell her home a few years ago and had a buyer within 3 days! Wow! Exceeding our expectations. I was so impressed that I took in interest in being a Realtor myself and as of this year I changed careers and am working under Coleen's guidance and mentorship!Lyn Thomas

If you buy a pre-owned home and put in nail down hardwood floors as opposed to glue down plank hardwoods be sure to consider the height differential on the baseboards and staircase. They frame in differently to accommodate the height. If you are building with a builder and go to the design center, you are able to select hardwoods in the kitchen & breakfast nook. In this case, the builder will calculate the height difference that true hardwoods have in comparison to ceramic tile. As for textured walls, the trend here in Dallas Real Estate is to do a Monterrey style texture on the kitchen & bathroom walls. We are still seeing a lot of orange peel texture. As for the skip trowel walls done around 2006, we are not seeing that trend anymore, it's phased out of popularity. A Conventional Loan starts at 5% in this market.Answered: Apr 7, 2012In answer to: what did 5102 Homer St, Dallas Tx sell for?I looked it up for you and the property shows a sales price of $599,000 at first glance. But, upon more reseach I discovered that the buyer and seller signed an agreement between the two of them not to disclose the sales price. In a few months the tax records may show the loan amount. This could serve as bench mark to know about what they paid for it.Answered: Mar 29, 2012What great answers to your question. Have a Realtor create a market analysis for you on your current home. This will give you a bench mark for how much you will want to list your house for in today's market. Begin identifying what criteria is important to you in your more spacious home, think about desired location, square feet, bedroom & bathroom count. Set a target date for yourself to be in your new home. You can obtain the name of a few websites where you can look up the current homes for sale and also ask an agent to send you market updates. Set an appointment with your agent to visit the homes for sale. Ask your agent to explain what is a contingent offer. If you have more questions about the process, please ask.Answered: Mar 1, 2012I looked up the owner's name on the public record for this property, it indicates Camilla & Willie Lee are the owners and it is not on the market.Answered: Mar 1, 2012Camilla & Willie Lee are the owners on the public record. I'd be happy to see what other properties are out there that fit your needs.Answered: Jan 9, 2011The reason the property is priced so high is because it's being marketed at commercial property rather than residential. That is how they justify asking $399,000. If you were going to use that property for residential purposes the value may not be there for you.Answered: Nov 18, 2010In answer to: How do I edit my listings?Do you have a login & password yet?Answered: Oct 31, 2010You need to build a relationship with a Realtor and a mortgage company so that you can begin the process of preparation for a purchase. Step 1 is to open up a deposit credit card. Example: Go to the bank with $2,000 and open a deposit credit card. Begin using the credit card, this will start the process of building credit. Step 2 Buy groceries, or other needs put it on the credit card and then pay it off. If you apply for 10 things at once you won't get anywhere. So, it is a slow process.Answered: Oct 25, 2010In answer to: How long has this house been on the market? The house has been listed on the market for 3 months. The status of the property is contingent contract. This means that a buyer has made an offer, the seller accepted it, and before it can close it is likely that the buyer's current property needs to close escrow. Would you like me to keep an eye on the status of this 5 bedroom home for you? Are there any others that you have questions?Answered: Sep 13, 2010In answer to: Ask your question here...Yes, all of the section 8 houses will be mixed in with all of the other properties that are for sale.Answered: Jul 21, 2010Does the property have McKinney schools or Frisco schools?Answered: Jul 2, 2010I just left a message for the person I think has a copy of it.
