Our home buying experience with Goran Forss was excellent. We recently bought a 2nd home in Temecula, CA. Goran was patient with us and really went the “extra mile” to help us find the perfect home. I highly recommend Goran Forss and his team of professionals.

Lisa and Goran Forss head up a phenomenal team of professionals who did a fantastic job selling my home. We had multiple offers within a few days! We loved the fact that they took the stress out of selling the home, and they guaranteed in writing that we could cancel the contract at anytime if we were not pleased for any reason, and we would not be charged They just took the pressure off and that was a refreshing change from previous experience with Realtors.

These guys are the very best. They were always there for us even though we live in Az. and could only come at certain times. I give Lisa and Goran the highest stars possible! They were a wonderful team to work with. We interviewed several realtors prior to selling our home (in May 2011) and Lisa & Goran stood out immediately. It is clear that they know the area and have a lot of passion about what they do. Beware of those agents who just list your house on the MLS for you. These guys go ABOVE AND BEYOND what a realtor should do and it was apparent when our house sold in just 4 days of being on the market! Within the first few days of being on the market we had multiple offers and are extremely happy with the outcome.

I came to Zillow a month ago looking for reviews on this team. I was pleased with the reviews I read and am now 100% satisfied. Look no further they are the best that Temecula and Murrieta has to offer.

Lisa & Goran have set a new high standard in professional realtor service. Their honesty and integrety were much appreciated. Team Forss/Allison James Realty was extremely helpful in assisting me in finding, purchasing and selling property in the Temecula area.
