In answer to: I took my home off the market. Why is it still listed under Homes.com ?If it was listed manually you would have to remove it by logging in to the account. If you still have problems, contact customer support with homes and I am sure they will help you.

In answer to: how to edit a listing on homes.comIf it was manually added to this website, you would change it there. Most of the homes are being syndicated by a 3rd party, such a listinghub, point2 etc, who pulls it from the MLS where your home was originally listed. Have your agent make the update. Sometimes the syndication partner have issues and you would have to contact them. It happened to one of our listings recently.

In answer to: I WANT TO SELL MY HOUSE ?? HOW CAN I SELL ITHire a true professional with a solid track record. Any realtor can put the home on MLS and hope someone will find it. Find someone that truly market your home and has a consistent performance with high client satisfaction scores. You should be able to get a first indication by finding reviews on many of the existing customer sites like trulia, zillow, homes etc. I would then interview 2-3 that appear to be good (on paper). Make sure they have an easy out clause so that you can cancel anytime without any fees. The great agents will allow you to do that. I would also consider hiring a top performing team as they have not only the marketing funds to put your home on Radio, video and featured on all major websites, but also a team to immediately respond to inquiries that come in about your home.
