As the home owner if you are going to remain living in the state you can rent the home out yourself. You must ensure you register the home with the county as a rental property to avoid the possible fines of up to $1000. Be sure you know the landlord and tenant act. If you are unsure of the process you may contact myself or any other property manager for answers to your questions.
