I have been working in real estate since 2000. I began as a loan processor for a mortgage broker in Springfield, MO. After 2/12 years of processing home loans; I went to work for a title company in Springfield, MO processing the purchase closings. In 2004, I completed the required education to become a State Certified Real Estate appraiser. Then I spent 2 1/2 years working with a supervisor to obtain the required experience for certification. I received my real estate appraiser certification March 23, 2007. In April 2010, I received my salesperson's license in MO. The experience I have obtained over the past 10 years; gives me an advantage when working with buyers and sellers.
