In answer to: Is the property tax on the provided listings correct? Most are 300 and above. Is this HOA or what? Thanks

In answer to: HI, WE ARE VERY INTERESTED IN THIS HOME AND WE WERE WONDERING IF THE OWNERS COULD POSSIBLY DO A LEASE PURCHASE FOR 1 YEAR AND TO FINANCE AFTER THAT IF
If you give me the address and or MLS # I could follow up with the listing agent on this propety for you. Lease options are somewhat risky in the current real estate market with so many people foreclosing. Also, you might lease a property with the option to buy and put money down and while you are renting the market could possible drop causing the owner to now be upside down. Not recommend for buyers.

Currenlty the market is going up here as well, although many anticipate this to be temporary and that the market is in a bubble again. If you wish to have a search set up that is sent to you 24/7 of all homes that are currently on the market that fit your requirements, I would be happy to set this free service up for you. This saves buyers valuable time continuly searching on the internet. Agents can narrow a search down to more specific requiements and features than any other online site can.

There should be a contact button next to each listing. However, it would be more beneficial to you as a buyer to work with one agent that works for you in your best interest and is not representing the home owner. I work with buyers in Las Vegas and can help you if you need. All agents have access to the information on all homes that are listed on the MLS.

In answer to: Is there any way I can rent to buy?
You can rent to buy, however at this time the inventory is very limited especially for rent to buy properties. I would not recommend this type of purchase at this time, unless the money is put into an escrow account that will be safe until the time of purchase due to the many unforseen foreclosures. The market is flucuating often, you might rent to buy a home that is not underwater and while you are renting the property value could drop causing the home to be upside down.
