PERSONAL PLEDGE Having taught in Somerset County for 28 years, I have proven that I care about people. It is my hope that our professional association will be an ongoing one. I will provide you with all the necessary information to make an informed decision on all real estate matters. KNOWLEDGE: I have lived in Somerset and Hunterdon Counties for over 45 years. I have personally purchased 5 homes within these counties. I have the knowledge of watching both counties grow and am deeply aware of the everchanging demographics of the area. Along with this knowledge is the expertise of what the different towns have to offer-- not just the homes that are available for sale. My knowledge goes much farther. I can tell you the quality of the different school systems, the best places to shop, and also the different community activities that take place in each area. ACCOMPLISHMENTS: During my first full year in real estate, I have achieved many of the goals which I set forth to accomplish. Many people consider me lucky. I agree. However, my definition of luck may differ than theirs. I believe that one can create their own luck. Luck is where "preparation meets opportunity". I can guarantee that you will not find another agent who is more prepared than I. How can I back this up????
