In answer to: Is 966 Hatteras Ter Se still available? How far is it from Glendale Ave?

a street with the spelling Hattaras however there are no active listings showing currently on the MLS. If Hattaras terrace is what you are looking for the driving distance to Glendale Ave is 8.9 miles or about a 2o minute drive. Hope this helps

The Dynamic-Duo team of Lisa & Steve is like having a pair of superheroes to swoop in and save the day, or to make the analogy accurate, to save your sanity with the constant house-buying woes you'd normally experience. They are very easy to work with, make things easy to understand, and are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to real estate.

Steve takes the driver's seat when it comes to field work, like a seasoned Jedi master, and believe me, he knows how to use "The Force"! He has an uncanny ability to shape things into a deal that normally shouldn't work out. He's like a mob-boss giving the seller "an offer they can't refuse", only he doesn't resort to firearms when dealing (that I know of). He's funny, smart, and makes you feel comfortable right off the bat.

Lisa is the other half of this awesome team that handles all the paperwork, has a Rolodex-like mind that keeps all the seemingly-gibberish legal jargon in line and spelled out in your favor. Like a hawk, she spots any and all kinks and if she smells a rat, she smacks it with her contract-hammer.

I couldn't think of any other team of real-estate agents I'd want in my corner. And I mean that with total sincerity. If I ever buy another house, it will ONLY be with these two. If anyone I know ever needs a real-estate agent(s), I'll recommend Lisa & Steve every time. Let's put it this way; they're permanently in my phone's contact list as well as my email list.
