In answer to: Need Help finding a rent to own property in York, Pa Single Family 3 to 4 bed and 2.5 baths. Looking to move asap.Rent-to-own is difficult to find and the terms usually benefit the seller since buyer typically does not qualify for typical financing. There are available listings in York county, and while I will be glad to provide them.
Covers Columbia, Hellam, Red Lion, Wrightsville, York, and more.
A lifelong resident of York County, I grew up in Wrightsville, completed higher education at York College of Pennsylvania, and currently reside with my wife in York City (I love to service both of these local markets). I pride my business in fast response, high service, and technological savvy.
