Sorry Lisa, the property was leased yesterday. They did accept pets subject to the type of pet. Each owner has their own thoughts as to what kind of pet. We submit the type of pet to the owner and they then decide.
Michaela, Thank you for asking your question, Fees/Costs: A buyer will have escrow costs. This is a process that is a completely independent party from the seller and the buyer. Their sole job is to make sure that the transaction is exactly as the seller and the buyer have agreed on. That can run between 1.5% and 2% of the purchase price. If you will have a loan on the purchase there will be some loan costs. I don't do loans but lets say .5%. With a loan you will have to have insurance on the property to protect the lender. Areas: You will want to explorer the area yourself. This area is just 1 city after the other. They just run together. You might just wind up across the street and in another city. Rental Rates: Rentals are a premium right now with so many having lost their houses here there us a lack of suppy situation. Not know what size house you will need it is hard to guess. So lets just say $2100 give or take a little. Recommended Agents: There are some awesome agents in this area with many years of experience. I would hope to be one of the ones you would talk to to be of help in your purchase. Advice: Not knowing what the prices for houses is like in Australia you might be somewhat in sticker/price shock here.
