In answer to: I am looking at having a home built in Chester. I am interested in the Ryan model Rome. Is it possible to have this in Chester and cost of land??

Mr. Byrne, I have found 3 possible subdivisions in Chester that Ryan Homes maybe building in. Which subdivision are you interested in? I cannot say what the cost of optional or upgraded cost, that would be determined by the builder. Your other question about land please explain. I've always wanted to start my own business but I didn't know exactly what I wanted to do. My friends told me I should pursue a real estate career because I was a great listener. It wasn't until I met a stranger, had a conversation that she told me I would be a good real estate agent. I decided this must be my calling. I signed up for the course and the rest is history.

I began my real estate career in 2003 and I have never looked back. I enjoy meeting new people and helping others. Real estate was the perfect choice. As a real estate professional you must be able to recognize when the market is shifting and prepare your clients for the change. Technology is great and I use it to be more efficient in my business but it does not replace the personal phone call or visit to my clients and friends. Always keeping up with the changing market I launched Prestige Realty in 2010 as owner and principal broker.
