A home matching your criteria would put you in the American beauty condo development off Sierra hwy and Soledad. However, if you are open to a 2 bedroom you are more likely to find more options available to you. I do currently know of a couple 2 bedroom units that might work.

Covers Porter Ranch, Santa Clarita, Stevenson Ranch, Valencia, Woodland Hills, and more.
