Catherine, Angela is correct. If you were a Realtor, you'd want a customer to commit to you as you would be spending a lot of time, mileage, and gas to show them around. It's a courtesy but you may want to start out signing it only for that home and as you get more comfortable with him/her, then maybe agree to sign.

Hi Cassandra. Best thing to do is call the agent or landlord and ask. If it is listed with a listing service, most of the time it will show if they allow pets.
