In answer to: Are animals allowed? we have 4 very clean cats and a dog.Yes they are allowed. These are apartment units and I believe the one you are asking about are all ready rented. TERRACES TOWNE LAKE is the complex and you will have to google their number as HOMES,com has a stupid rule about putting numbers or email or web addresses in answers.

In answer to: How easy/hard is it to purchase a 3rd home closer to the Perimeter, when I own one home and my husband rents out his home? What if I rent/sell mine?I have a couple of suggestions for you. First one is to refi your husbands mortgage on the first house if you have not already done so. I would guess that the mortgage on the first is probably a higher interest rate than what is currently available and the lower rate will free up some capital giving you a positive cash flow instead of a break even payment on the rental. I suggest keeping your home and renting that one out as well depending on location and what the monthly payment is as well. Refi with a lower rate before you list to rent or sell regardless as you can not refi in GA if the home in question has been listed within the past 6 months. Rents have gone up quite a bit in the metro area and you would be wise to capitalize on this. If you don't feel comfortable being the landlord property managers can be quite nice if the situations are right. The third home you two decide to live in as your primary resident can be looked at in a number of ways mortgage wise. I would advise you to talk with one of our lenders in the HOMELOAN finder Network I am apart of and get some real financial advice from them. In answer to: Home was sold and agreed to do repairs. Did 3k in repairs than 5 days before the loans was suddenly denied. Do I have any recourse for those repairsHindsight is always 20-20. What does your agent say? I'm guessing these repairs were completed after an amendment to address buyer concerns was presented to you. Options could have been to include a special stip where forfeiture of earnest money if home does not close regardless of contingencies in play. However like I said hindsight is 20-20. Bright side is when you go to sell again those items you address will help to sell the home.

In answer to: buying a home in mariettaHey Samantha, There are many homes that offer 4 bedrooms in Marietta at the moment for under $175,000. I would not say that Roswell area is cheaper however. There is much less selection for under 175k in Roswell and typically the taxes are higher on the Fulton side. So to answer your question if you can get a nice house for that price point the answer is yes. However, what is considered nice to some may not be to others. In answer to: Need a rental near atlanta Georgia.Just a heads up if you are trying to rent in Smyrna for under 900 a month the majority of the units will be 2 bedrooms. There is a handful of 3 bedroom 1 bath and small sq footage homes for under 900 a month. Marietta will have more selection if those are your only two cities you are considering.
