In answer to: how often do you update your records? I went to 8575 hickorylane in clinton and it has a SOLD sign in the yard.
Sometimes it depends on the company and if they syndicate to what ever web site providing the information of if the agent is putting the listing in by hand. However, it should be updated within 72 hours of the change in status of the listing. This home is currently in pending status and has been pending since 3/26/12.
