This rental home is, indeed as of this response, still reflecting that it is "back on the market". If you are not sure if you are communicating with a proper individual on the rental terms, etc., it would be a great idea to retain the services of a capable real estate agent who can assist you in making sure you are working with the correct person with your interest in this rental property. Have you considered looking at "new home builders" to compare pricing. Feel free to contact me and I can provide you several independent builders in the Coastal Bend that would be delighted to help you. At least two I know of, do build in the Lakes area.
