I started my Real Estate Career in the 80's in New York .Before I moved to Texas in 2004, I lived in Florida,
and Las Vegas! I can honestly say, that I have never sold anybody a p...
I have gotten quite a few leads
Which home are you talking about?
Hi, Which house? All I received was your question. That is fabulous, I would love to help you, knowing your husband is protecting my freedom. Where are you moving from? I moved to Dallas 9 years ago from Las Vegas
What are you looking for?
Where are we talking? What size?
In contract, This is not available
Email, and I will be able to put you on a searc, so you can see what market is doing
Each situation is different. I normally look at whole picture
Depending where the eviction came from? What was the reason for? and what does credit look like now?
First you must talk to a lender, and see what you qualify for. Then we can look at properties. After you find a property, and offere is accepted. then we get a good inspector. Most of the time you are buying a home AS IS.With a Foreclosure, normally higher Earnest money, feel free to email or call me, and I can go into more detail with you
I normally tell people talk to a lender first. That way you are sure you can afford to buy, and we are looking in the range that you want to be. Right now there are so many hot markets, that you can't move forward to purchase without the preapproval letter
Yes, You need to get a lender in the area, you are buying. Foreclosures, if they are good, normally go real quick, and sometimes higher then asking price
When are you looking to move? Do you have a lender?
First, I would suggest a lender, to make sure it is an option. Then, a location. I start my clients on searches of area, and prices. If you call me at 972-757-4527, I probably can explain in more detail, and shoot you some great information
You must be pre-approved, and ready to move forward. If your lender is not on top of things, you can get hurt. If you do not close on closing date, you can be charged by the day as a penalty
What price range? and when are you looking to move?
Yes, normally $300.00 Non refundable in most cases
What area? I am sure you realize rents are quite high
On March 2nd, showing 599,000
What are you asking? Where are you looking to purchase? There are VA Loans and USDA Loans, with NO DOWNPAYMENT. There Are FHA Loans, minimum of 3.5% down. There are Conventional loans with minimum 5% down.
Depending how you are Purchasing? VA and USDA are 100% Financing, FHA 3.5% is minimum Down Payment. Conventional the lowest is 5% down
It depends on what kind of a mortgage you are going for. VA and USDA are 100% financing. FHA, the least amount for down payment is 3.5%. A conventional, the least amount is 5%
Allison, The owner does not have this home on market for rent or sale. Okease let me know how I can help you?
Send me your information, Address you are ineterested in, and I will send you the links that I have. Or feel free to google
You can google. or you can send me your information, and what you are looking for, and I can send you all links I have
Please give me your email information, and I would love to put you on a search. You will get the information as it is available. Please give me some more information, and I would be happy yo help you
Yes, answers are all correct. It is true Texas is a non disclosure state. When I look for value for a Seller and for a buyer, I use the the Sold Comps in that area. If you are looking to purchase a home, I would be very happy to send you the solds in the area you are looking. I send out similar emails for clients looking to fight taxes. I find this is a great way to get value, and it keeps me from having appraisal issues for properties at closing
