In answer to: How long does closing take on a foreclosed property

A bank will want to close on a foreclosed property as soon as possible. A normal foreclosure will close within 45 days. If you are paying cash the closing can happen quickly. If you are getting a mortgage then you will have to wait for your lender to approve the financing. That is why it is important that you speak to a lender and have a pre-qualification or pre-approval before you even start your search.
