Are you looking for a particular property or just searching foreclosure’s in general? For general information, most foreclosure’s or bank owned properties require you be pre-approved with a lender and have a pre-qualification letter in hand when making an offer. A deposit amount usually preset by the bank is also required is submit your offer. There are some great deals on the market now that have instant equity if purchase right. Good Luck!
