In answer to: Does MLS# 71290428 allow pets?Richard - on second glance, I noticed this unit has been rented however another listing - 71347775 is available in the same area and advertises pets allowee. The list rent is higher, however it is possible to offer less. Of course, no guarantee that it will be accepted. Let me know if you'd like full details on this or similiar units.

My opinion is that you are best served by an agent that sticks to smaller, reasonably well known areas to use as your buyer's agent. Happy hunting!

A person may find themself chasing after "just missed" listings. The "chase" game may not stop there. The "offer to purchase" chase game may follow once a person has found a home and wants to submit an offer. In order to avoid many of these frustrations, home buyers will identify an agent to work as their "buyer's agent". A buyer's agent has specific responsibilities in regards to assisting their buyer to locate, make offers, review a home and ultimately complete the transaction. The best part of utilizing a buyer's agent, it doesn't have an out of pocket expense. In fact, I believe most buyers will save money by using a buyer's agent.

Should you have trouble finding a contact number, then I'll assist you with each apartment on a case by case basis.
